Contact1. General conditions for processing warranty claims:
1.1. Goods purchased through ecoABM Kamil Andruszkiewicz are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. The detailed scope of the warranty and the warranty procedure, including warranty implementation deadlines, are specified in the warranty documents issued by the manufacturer.
1.2. In case of technical questions or other questions regarding the configuration and use of photovoltaic components purchased through ecoABM Kamil Andruszkiewicz, please contact our Technical Department:
2. Warranty claims for photovoltaic panels
2.1. Complaints regarding irregularities in the operation of photovoltaic panels, understood as incorrect operation of the device, values inconsistent with those declared by the Manufacturer, technical defects and any other undesirable phenomena during the use of the goods should be reported to the manufacturer.
ecoABM Kamil Andruszkiewicz can provide help and support as an intermediary between the client and the manufacturer in the process of reporting any irregularities in the applicable warranty for photovoltaic panels of individual suppliers.
2.2. In order for ecoABM Kamil Andruszkiewicz to support the customer during the warranty proceedings with the Manufacturer, the customer is obliged to provide ecoABM Kamil Andruszkiewicz with the following information by e-mail to reklamacje@ecoabm.com:
- Date of installation of the panels concerned by the complaint
- Type of installation (roof structures / ground structures)
- Total number of modules in the installation
- Number of damaged modules in the installation
- Inverter type
- Module type
- Date of discovery of the defect(s).
- Serial numbers of reported modules.
- Problem description (as detailed as possible)
- How to identify the problem
- Photos showing the described problem
- Screenshot from the system monitoring the operation of the photovoltaic installation, indicating the damaged element
- Order or invoice number (ZK/FS)
2.3. After receiving the data referred to in point. 2.2. above, the complaint will be forwarded to the appropriate complaints department on the Manufacturer’s side for consideration. The customer will be informed about the status of the complaint. After receiving the Manufacturer’s decision regarding the submitted complaint, it will be immediately forwarded to the Customer.
3. Warranty claims for inverters
3.1. A complaint or service request for the inverter is understood as a report of incorrect operation of the device, technical faults and any other undesirable phenomena occurring during the use of the goods.
3.2. In the event of a warranty claim regarding inverters or accessories, it is recommended that the customer contact the manufacturer directly. In justified cases, ecoABM Kamil Andruszkiewicz allows for the possibility of mediating claims with the manufacturer of the goods. Detailed rules of mediation will be agreed between the Parties.
3.3. Warranty complaints against individual inverter manufacturers whose products are included in the ecoABM Kamil Andruszkiewicz offer will be addressed to the following addresses:

File a complaint
Each customer may raise objections to purchased products during the warranty period. Its duration is determined by warranty documents issued directly by the manufacturer.
If a complaint is considered with the participation of ecoABM Kamil Andruszkiewicz, the decision on the submitted complaint (i.e. the answer whether the complaint has been accepted or rejected and in what part) is made as soon as possible after its consideration. Information provided by ecoABM Kamil Andruszkiewicz to the manufacturer, with deadlines variable and dependent on each manufacturer.
