Payment methods at ecoABM

Trade credit

One of the payment methods is trade credit, which is available to customers who make large purchases from our company. If you are a new customer, our sales representative will contact you within 24 hours of registration to discuss the terms of the credit and the payment term. If you opt for a trade credit, you will have the option to pay with deferred payment within 7, 14, 30, 45 or 60 days. The amount of credit depends on the volume of your purchases in the last three months, your payment history and the credit rating and creditworthiness by an independent, cooperating company. If you register a new customer account, you will be assigned a standard form of payment, and when you place your first order, the only form of payment will be prepayment. If you want to use trade credit, you will need to fill out an application and send it to your account manager, who will inform you of its verification as soon as possible.

After placing an order at ecoABM, you can choose the payment option at the company’s headquarters at ul. Gen. St. Maczka 52/2 in Białystok.

There are three payment methods to choose from: cash, payment card, Blik.

Please note that there is a cash payment limit. The company cannot pay in cash if the one-time transaction value exceeds the equivalent of PLN 15,000 gross. When the transaction value exceeds this value, the payment must be made using a payment account. The entrepreneur must pay via his payment account to the account number indicated on the “pro forma invoice” document.

Customers who want to pick up their order on site should make an immediate transfer after placing the order. ecoABM does not issue orders upon presentation of payment confirmation without crediting funds to the ecoABM account

Cash on delivery payment

Once you have placed your order with ecoABM, you can choose the cash on delivery payment option. This is a form of payment in which you pay for your order at the time you pick it up from the courier delivering the package. However, with this option, the shipping costs will be slightly higher due to the additional charge for cash on delivery, which depends on the size of the package. Please note that this option is not available for orders over 1,500zl and requires payment in cash. Unfortunately, for bulky shipments such as pallets, the cash on delivery payment option is not available.

Traditional transfer

After making a purchase, your e-mail address will be sent information about the account number to which you should pay the amount due. You can make the transfer online, at the post office or at the bank. Choosing this form of payment, you will need to fill in the transfer form yourself. The payment information will be sent to us when the money reaches our account.

After placing the order, you will receive by e-mail information about the bank account number to which the payment should be sent. You can do it via the Internet, in person at the post office or at the bank. If you choose this form of payment, you will have to fill out the transfer form yourself. Once the payment is credited, we will be able to proceed with the processing of your order.
